PetroKazakhstan is a group of petroleum companies engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas, as well as the sale of oil products. The group’s ultimate shareholders, acting through their subsidiaries, are China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and National Company KazMunayGas JSC.
